Hendrik is pleased to be able to work collaboratively with you to address your patients' needs. He would be pleased to receive your referrals (both patients who are Australian-born and people from various ethnic backgrounds). He is available to see your referral patients at his private practice in the City, Bull Creek or Willetton suburbs based on appointments. As part of his service he will provide you with a brief written report at the conclusion of treatment and will be happy to consult by phone before then if you so wish.
Hendrik is happy to report that the quality of his service is supported by his commitment to the ethical standards of the APS, is in accord with privacy and other legislative provisions, and that he carries adequate indemnity insurance.
Hendrik is registered with Medicare and provides clinical psychology services under the Better Access Initiative. Your patients are eligible for Medicare rebates for seeing a Clinical Psychologist, if you refer them under GP Mental Health Care Plan (MBS Item numbers 2700, 2701, 2715 or 2717).
Private health insurance rebate also applies in his private practice. If you require his business cards, he can send them to you on request.
